Me and Melissa and the kiddies went for a walk and ended up at a park where a free bbq was happening as a thank-you for supporting highway 9, whatever that means. So we let the kids play on the grass and we ate our hotdogs....well, Jonas has started walking, so he was walking over to the big park trying to play with the bigger boys, so Melissa didn't get to relax a whole lot. It was so nice out! Then we went to Mel's house and loved just watching our kids play with each other, and crawl through the box tunnel we made them. We sure do love playdates! Today we took them to a town close by so that we could investigate a scrapbooking store that we never heard tell of which was great! Got some cool letter stamps that I can't wait to use. Then I had a dentist apt. so Mel took Summer and went on a walk with her and Jonas while I was at the dentist, finding out that on May 30 I GET MY BRACES OFF! Loving life! I know, I posted sooo many pics on here but it's been a fun last few days!!

At least the last few days have felt like Summer, thank goodness! On Sunday, Bob and I went for a nice walk with Summer. It was nice not taking Roxy on our walk, who barks at everyone who passes!!! So annoying. We ended up at the town park where Summer got to swing! We took turns pushing her and she loved it. Then we let her play on the ground with the little rocks which only lasted a short while because she kept trying to eat them. She loves sitting on daddy's shoulders, she thinks she's so cool!

charmin and i died laughing when we read your post today. i love that you took advantage of the free bbq, even if you didn't know what the heck it was for. nice work!
