We love summer!

She is starting to sprout some more feathers folks!

Yay! Summer got over her fear of water in the face and took some sips from the water fountain in her pool. After she'd drink some, she'd stand up and go, "ahhhhhh". Then, she put her face right in the water. She didn't really like it too much but I was proud that she actually tried it!

So my day has been jam-packed. Bob headed off to work this morning and this week he's coaching the bball camp. So he's gone from 8am - 10:30pm everyday. No fun no fun. He won't be home for meals because he gets them free at the caf, so that means I don't have to cook anything. Good thing I have 4 free subway coupons for 6 inches.
So aside from feeding Summer breakfast and lunch and changing her diapers, we played in the house, I sorted through her toys and made a box of toys I'm giving away because 500 toys just aren't needed, I de-cluttered the new baby's room a bit, I completed 3 loads of laundry, did the dishes, drank lots of water cuz boy it's hot!, picked off the dead parts of my plants outside and watered them, took Summer outside for a swim, scrapbooked 2 pages while Summer slept, and in just a few minutes, I have to wake Summer up (who's been sleeping well over 2.5 hours!) so we can head to a Home Interiors party where we'll have pizza for supper, and then on our way home, we'll stop at the gym to visit daddy and watch him coach.
I love getting lots accomplished, even if it is 34 degrees outside. It was so nice to dip my feet in Sum's pool while she played. So nice!
Time to get ready for the partay!
